Experience in various sectors including Energy, Oil and Gas, Water and Sanitation, Health, Transport, Agriculture, and Environment

Participated in Social and Environmental Assessments (ESIA/SEA), Resettlement Action Plans (Involuntary resettlements), Community Development programs, Training of trainers in the Community Development Programs, livelihood restoration, and Conflict resolution management

Worked on civil engineering projects including energy, development, and construction of Hydro Power Generating Dams and power lines (UETCL and REA), water-related infrastructure, and supervision of roads and related infrastructure
